Volume decreasing week after week

Hi all,
I’ve been watching the volumes for the last weeks on Coinmarketcap. I see a huge decline in millions of trades… XRP is the last 24 hours under 100millions.
Last week and it was around 240million.
I think when the volume goes down, so does demand, and there maybe a adjustment in price?
What do you all think about the decreasing volumes?
