Bitstamp to Gatehub BTC

hello everyone,
Today I sent some BTC from Bistamp to Gatehub.  I read that it takes about 3 confirmations to succeed.  I checked the blockchain and it has already done 5 confirmations, yet I cannot see my BTC funds in my Gatehub Wallet.  
What should I do?
